Feld Sells HQ in Sale-Leaseback Deal

VIENNA, VA-Feld Entertainment sells its headquarters here to America's Capital Partners for nearly $20.3 million. The parent company of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Disney on Ice and Disney Live enters into a 12-year leaseback arrangement.

VIENNA, VA-America’s Capital Partners Inc. has acquired the 86,560-sf office at 8607 Westwood Center here from Feld Entertainment for approximately $20.3 million. Feld will remain in the site under a 12-year leaseback arrangement.

The parent company of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Disney On Ice and Disney Live! has occupied the building since its completion in 1989. Feld will occupy 78,000 sf in the building. Two restaurants, Shamshari and RingMaster, will occupy the remaining space. Studley’s executive vice president Paul Schweitzer and managing director Stuart Diamond of Studley’s Suburban Washington office represented Feld.
