District of Columbia Buys 95 M St. SW

WASHINGTON, DC-The District of Columbia picks up a 38,311-sf office building for $15.3 million. It had been leased to the District's Department of Motor Vehicles.

WASHINGTON, DC-The District of Columbia paid $15.3 million for 95 M St. SW, a three-story 38,311-sf office. It has been 100% leased to the District of Columbia Government Department of Motor Vehicles.

Jayne Shister, senior vice president, Cassidy & Pinkard, represented seller United Way of the National Capital Area. The property provides future mixed-use redevelopment opportunities of 195,552 sf under existing C-3-A zoning and the potential for additional density through a Planned Unit Development process.
