CARLSTADT, NJ-Premier Supplies has signed a lease for 17,000 sf of warehouse space at 110 Asia Pl. here. The distributor of office supplies, vending products and print materials is relocating from a smaller space in nearby North Bergen.

The tenant was represented by Frank Caccavo, Jason Goldman and Andrew Siemsen of the Edison office of Cushman & Wakefield, and Emmett Noonan of the firm’s Manhattan office. AMB Properties, the owner, was represented by Lew Solomon and Alex Previdi of Lee & Klatskin Associates, Teterboro.
