Moore in 2005 took part in several Orange County transactions totaling more thanf $130 million. In that same year, Moore was ranked as the fourth highest producing associate in the Lee & Associates Newport Beach office and was awarded the designation of Power Broker by the CoStar Group, notes Brian Childs, EVP and branch manager of the Newport Beach office of NAI.

Moore was one of two professionals named to posts at Orange County-based commercial real estate firms recently. In the other announcement, tenant-in-common specialist CORE Realty Holdings named Aaron Cook as EVP and national sales manager. Russ Colvin, president and CEO of CORE, says that Cook will oversee all aspects of sales and marketing, tenant-in-common real estate securities closings and the distribution of all sponsored securities programs, as well as assist in product and business development.

CORE created the new position to account for its recent and projected national growth and to more effectively serve the independent securities broker-dealer community, Colvin says. Cook joins his new firm from Triple Net Properties LLC, where he was managing director and national sales manager.
