Construction Starts on A-Town Project

ANAHEIM, CA-Master planner Lennar begins work on the first phase of its 54-acre A-Town combination of more than 3,800 housing units and 200,000 sf of commercial and retail space in the Platinum Triangle.

ANAHEIM, CA-Master planner Lennar has started construction on the first phase of its 54-acre A-Town combination of more than 3,800 housing units and 200,000 sf of commercial and retail space in the Platinum Triangle. The development will include 14 residential multifamily towers of up to 38 stories.

Designed to be transit-oriented and pedestrian-friendly, the A-Town development is part of an economic revitalization zone planned to replace the aging industrial buildings adjacent to Angel Stadium and other city landmarks, notes Richard Knowland, SVP of Lennar. The two parcels of A-Town are generally bounded by Katella and Orangewood avenues, the I-5 Freeway and portions of State College Boulevard and and Angel Stadium.
