Also joining the vice chairman ranks are Michael Geoghegan, Brian D. Gell and Gregory Tosko. Geoghegan, a senior member of the Consulting Group in CB Richard Ellis' Midtown Manhattan office, has arranged leases exceeding five million sf over the last five years. Gell has spent his entire career at CBRE and its predecessor companies. He has most recently been responsible for leasing more than one million sf. of office space at 111 Eighth Ave. Tosko's significant assignments include the 1.3 million sf joint venture, condominium and ground lease acquisition for the New York Times headquarters and the sale of 350 Madison Ave.

Stacom was the firm's top-producing broker nationally in 2005. She heads the firm's New York City Investment Properties Institutional Group. Since 2003, her advisory and sales transactions have exceeded $11.6 billion, predominantly in New York City. Shanahan was the firm's top-producing broker here last year.
