West Meadow Acquires Three Complexes

BROOMFIELD-The buyer, West meadow Properties, pays $6.1 million for the 117 units, which it acquires from two different sellers in deals arranged by Apartment Realty Advisors.

BROOMFIELD-West meadow Properties has paid $6.1 million for three apartment complexes totaling 117 units, which it acquired from two different sellers in deals arranged by Apartment Realty Advisors. The three buildings are in Garden Center, near Wadsworth Parkway, with convenient access to the Boulder Turnpike, Downtown Denver and Interlocken Business Park.
