Association Finds New Space

BETHESDA, MD-AFP committed to 28,468-sf at 4520 East-West Hwy. here. The firm will move from 7315 Wisconsin Ave. in Washington, DC.

BETHESDA, MD-The Association for Financial Professionals has signed a lease for 28,468 sf at 4520 East-West Hwy. here. Its lease at 7315 Wisconsin Ave. was set to expire in March 2007. Under the 10-year lease, AFP will occupy the entire top floor and part of the seventh floor of Bethesda Office Center in December.

AFP moved to the new site because it offered a competitive rental rate, a tenant improvement allowance and an initial period of rental abatement, according to Studley, whose Washington, DC office represented AFP. Other details of the lease were not released.
