AFP moved to the new site because it offered a competitive rental rate, a tenant improvement allowance and an initial period of rental abatement, according to Studley, whose Washington, DC office represented AFP. Other details of the lease were not released.

Studley senior managing director Gary Stein and assistant director Nicole Miller worked the deal. Lincoln Property Group's Mark Glagola and Merrill Turnbull represented the owner.
