PRINCETON, NJ-Engineering firm Washington Group International has renewed its full-building lease at the 234,160-sf 510 Carnegie Center here for seven years. Part of the 16-building, 560-acre Carnegie Center complex, the six-story class A office is owned by Boston Properties.

Built in 1998 by Carnegie Center Associates and sold to Boston in 1999, the six-story class A office has parking for 723 cars. A Hyatt Regency, post office, bank, childcare facility, heliport, and dining facilities are on the campus.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Boston Properties represented itself. A CB Richard Ellis team of Poe. D. Corn, Carolyn Sica and Kurt Burdack represented Washington Group. Based in Boise, ID, the firm provides engineering, construction and management services for businesses and governments.
