Dave Riefe, senior vice president in the Chicago office of ProLogis tells GlobeSt.com that Comcast signed a 12-year lease for the space." The building is being customized for their needs," he says, "and we expect them to be here for a long time."
Local Staubach brokers Dave Berry, Fred Schuler and Sean Reynolds negotiated the deal for Comcast. David Pals and Jeff Galante, brokers with Lee & Associates, represented ProLogis in the transaction.
Project completion is expected sometime in late December. "It will be their Christmas present," Bob Pickens, project manager with Krusinski Construction Co., tells GlobeSt.com. Krusinski has done corporate work for Comcast in the past, and the firm has completed other buildings in Internationale Centre for clients including Firestone.
