Comcast Plans 80,000-SF Call Center

WOODRIDGE, IL- Comcast Corp. is building a call center at the Internationale Centre business park. The facility will serve as a primary call center serving the Chicagoland area.

WOODRIDGE, IL-An almost 80,000-sf call center facility for cable television provider Comcast Corp. will be built at Internationale Centre, a 840-acre business park at 10100 Woodward Ave. The new facility will serve as one of the company’s primary call centers serving the Chicagoland area. Currently Comcast has three other call centers in the area, Oak Brook, Tinley Park and Schaumburg.

Dave Riefe, senior vice president in the Chicago office of ProLogis tells GlobeSt.com that Comcast signed a 12-year lease for the space.” The building is being customized for their needs,” he says, “and we expect them to be here for a long time.”

Local Staubach brokers Dave Berry, Fred Schuler and Sean Reynolds negotiated the deal for Comcast. David Pals and Jeff Galante, brokers with Lee & Associates, represented ProLogis in the transaction.
