The Philadelphia-based Arden Group, which owns the building through Arden Echelon Partners LLC, was represented by SVP Stephen Perna. CDW was represented by John Sarkisian, executive vice president in the Marlton office of CB Richard Ellis. Terms of the signing were not disclosed; available space in the building is currently listed with an asking price of $20.50 per sf.

Located across from Echelon Mall here, 4 Echelon Plaza is a nine-story, 185,000-sf office building with a 575-car parking structure. Arden Echelon Partners acquired the asset in 2001.
