CDW was represented by John Sarkisian, executive vice president in the Marlton office of CB Richard Ellis. Terms of the signing were not disclosed; available space in the building is currently listed with an asking price of $20.50 per sf.
Located across from Echelon Mall here, 4 Echelon Plaza is a nine-story, 185,000-sf office building with a 575-car parking structure. Arden Echelon Partners acquired the asset in 2001.
