Pembroke Appointments Spearhead Expansion

LONDON-The Pembroke division of Fidelity Investments makes two senior appointments to spearhead its European growth.

LONDON-Pembroke Real Estate, the acquisition-and-development arm of Fidelity Investments, has appointed Nicholas Moldon director of European acquisitions and investments and Kyle Rose managing director of the newly established Paris venture, Pembroke Real Estate Advisers.

Moldon is responsible for sourcing and acquiring real estate assets in key markets like London, Paris and Brussels. Previously he directed the international corporate real estate group for Fidelity International Ltd. Before that that he worked for CB Richard Ellis.

Rose will oversee acquisition, development and asset management in the Paris market. Prior to this appointment he was responsible for the asset management of Pembroke’s global investment portfolio.
