URS Inks 114,000-SF Lease

TAMPA-In the largest office transaction since the second quarter of 2005, URS Corp. has signed a 114,045-sf lease restructure and extension at Waterford Plaza.

TAMPA-San Francisco-based URS Corp. has signed a 114,045-sf lease restructure and 10-year extension at Waterford Plaza. The lease represents the largest office transaction in Tampa since the second quarter of 2005.

Studley’s executive managing director Adam Singer, of the company’s suburban Washington, DC office, senior managing director Laurent Myers, also of the Washington, DC office, and managing director Alisa Waerlop, of the Fort Lauderdale office, represented URS in the transaction. The building landlord, Prudential, was represented by CLW Real Estate Services Group, which manages and leases the building.
