ST. LOUIS-Warehousing Specialists Inc. has leased 128,060 sf of warehouse space at Union Seventy Center Business Park, 3901 Union Blvd. from Union Seventy Partnership, a group of investors. Clark Properties is a member of the group and was represented by Wayne Weidemann, vice president, in the transaction.

Weidemann tells GlobeSt.com that the asking price for space in the office park varies from $2.25 per sf to $3.30 per sf. Warehousing Specialists is a new tenant to the office park, and has two other location in the St. Louis market.

Weidemann says Clark Properties renovated and rehabbed the former General Motors plant in St. Louis into warehouse space, and the first tenants began moving into the park in March of 1989. The park totals approximately 1.6 million sf and is 85% occupied. Andy Port and John Sheahan Jr. of NAI Desco represented the tenant in the transaction.
