Last week, the owners of estate agents Colliers Jackson-Stops sold 60% of their shares to Colliers CRE, in a part-cash/part-share deal worth euro 4.8 million ($6.03 million). And earlier this month, Savills announced it was buying Hamilton Osborne King for euro 26.4 million ($33.15 million) in cash up front and a further euro 23.6 ($29.64 million) in loan notes and cash over three years. Last summer, CB Richard Ellis Gunne in Ireland was sold to CB Richard Ellis Group for euro 25 million ($31.4 million).
Harrington Bannon started in 1979, at the time employing roughly 20 people. Now the firm offers a range of services to corporate and private clients. A statement by AtisReal added that the acquisition would give it access to the Irish commercial property market and to Irish investors active in international markets. The senior management team is staying on.
