The 83-room TownePlace Suites Indianapolis Keystone property is located at 8468 Union Chapel Rd., while the 95-room TownePlace Suites Indianapolis Park 100 is located at 5802 W. 71st St.
Robert Habeeb, president and COO of First Hospitality, says the properties will complement the company's existing Downtown Hilton Garden Inn property. The management firm now operates a total of nine hotels in Indiana.
Currently, the First Hospitality Group portfolio consists of 30 hotels primarily made up of Hilton- and Marriott-affiliated assets. The company also has ownership interests and manages hotels affiliated with InterContinental, Wyndham and Radisson.
First Hospitality focuses on property management in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota and Wisconsin. In March, First Hospitality Group and Northern Realty Group announced the opening of the Hampton Majestic-Chicago Theatre District Hotel. The hotel will open fall of 2006 in the historic Majestic Building right next door to the newly restored LaSalle Bank Theatre.
