LEOMINSTER, MA-Locally based United Plastics has inked a lease for the 128,000-sf manufacturing facility at 75 Jytek Park. The term is for five years and the aggregate value of the lease is "about $2 million," says David Stubblebine, head of the Lexington-based Stubblebine Co.

He, James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette of Stubblebine represented the owner, Boston-based Urban Equities, and the tenant. United Plastics makes plastic products for a variety of industries and operates 11 plants in four countries.

The Jytek property "is across from United Plastics' headquarters," David Stubblebine tells GlobeSt.com, "and it chose the property because of its proximity to their headquarters and the suitability of the building for its manufacturing operations." The building was constructed in the mid-1960s, he says and is "strategically located near the intersection of Rtes. 12 and I 190, in what is the thriving plastics capital of New England."
