WASHINGTON, DC-CB Richard Ellis is strengthening its Washington areaoffice with the recruitment or promotion of several new executives. CBRE plans to focus on asset services, project management and leasing activities more in the coming months.

Mary Jo Eaton has been named managing director of asset services in the Washington/Baltimore Region; Jerry Reich, formerly a principal of Reich Management, has been appointed director of its Washington/Baltimore Project Management team. CBRE also brought on leasing professionals Randy Harrell and Kevin Howard, from rival broker Grubb & Ellis, which is also building out its Washington-area platform. Indeed Eaton was brought over from the firm’s Philadelphia office to fill the void left by Keith Lipton, now executive vice president and managing director of Grubb & Ellis.
