Corporate Campus Trades for $7M

LITTLETON, MA-FPK Realty LLC picks up a vacant corporate campus sells for $6.5 million in an off-market deal. The property was previously occupied by COHU Corp.

LITTLETON, MA-FPK Realty LLC has taken title to a 103,000-sf corporate campus set on 46 acres at One Monarch Dr. The firm spent $6.5 million for the site in an off-market deal with the San Diego based seller COHU Corp.

Bruce Levine, with CB Richard Ellis/New England, tells GlobeSt.com the buyer selected the class A office, R&D and manufacturing property because of its location adjacent to the interchange of I-495 & Route and its potential to expand the on-site building by an additional 103,000 sf. The two-story property, which is currently vacant, was previously occupied by COHU, a designer and manufacturer of semiconductors and closed circuit television and microwave equipment.
