BearingPoint Takes 53,611 SF at Three WFC

NEW YORK CITY-In a move from Midtown, the consulting firm takes the entire 14th floor in shuffle from Midtown to Downtown.

NEW YORK CITY-As Midtown rents continue to rise Downtown is looking better. Jones Lang LaSalle completed a lease for BearingPoint Inc. at Three World Financial Center with Brookfield Properties Corp. The IT consulting and solutions firm signed for 53,611 sf at the 2.1-million-sf building, also known as American Express Tower. The firm will relocate to the building from its current premises at 757 Third Ave.

BearingPoint was represented by Lisa Kiell, managing director, and Barbara Winter and Basil Vasilkioti, senior vice presidents, all with Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York office. Building owner Brookfield Properties was represented in-house by Jeremiah Larkin, senior vice president and director of leasing, and David Cheikin, vice president of leasing. The Three World Financial Center building is located at the southwest corner of Vesey Street and West Street.
