The firm has also confirmed the appointment of John Davies, formerly with Jones Lang Lasalle in Kowloon, as a senior director, office services. He will focus on Kowloon. Mark Latham, formerly with Colliers International in Korea, will also be joining CBRE in Shanghai on as director of office services there. He will also assist with the co-ordination of occupier requirements involving multiple cities across China.

"These appointments represent a major step forward in relation to the strengthening of our existing platform in the office sector in Greater China, and are consistent with our strategic objective of enhancing the range of services offered."
