CBRE Makes Three Senior Appointments in China

HONG KONG-CB Richard Ellis recruits Rhodri James and John Davies from JLL and Mark Latham from Colliers to service growing demand in China for office and tenancy services.

HONG KONG-CB Richard Ellis has hired three senior staff members from rival firms Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International to spearhead its expansion in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Rhodri James, former regional director at JLL in Hong Kong, has been appointed as executive director, office services, with overall responsibility for the operations of the business line in Hong Kong, Kowloon and Macau. James will coordinate all activities relating to owner agency, tenant representation and the provision of strategic advice to owners and occupiers of office properties.

The firm has also confirmed the appointment of John Davies, formerly with Jones Lang Lasalle in Kowloon, as a senior director, office services. He will focus on Kowloon. Mark Latham, formerly with Colliers International in Korea, will also be joining CBRE in Shanghai on as director of office services there. He will also assist with the co-ordination of occupier requirements involving multiple cities across China.
