Frazer-based Cephalon, has renewed and added 9,400 sf to its existing 60,714-sf R&D facility in the park. The biopharmaceutical firm also has operations in Minnesota and Utah, as well as Germany, England and France.

Mount Laurel, NJ-based Taylor, Wiseman & Taylor, an engineering firm, also renewed and expanded from 4,000 sf to 6,387 sf at 602 Brandywine Parkway. Renewals by three additional tenants secured an aggregate of 22,855 sf in the park.

Wachovia renewed its commitment for 13,603 sf of flex space at 620 Brandywine Parkway. M-Scan, a U.K.-based provider of spectrometry analysis, has retained its US headquarters in 6,052 sf at 606 Brandywine Parkway. Sioux Falls, SD-based Legette, Brashears & Graham, an engineering firm, renewed its lease for 3,200 sf at 426 Brandywine Parkway.

Calls to the owner, Malvern-based Liberty Property Trust, were not returned by deadline. According to rates for Liberty flex space in nearby locations, the asking rate for flex space is $11.50 per sf. Liberty owns approximately 300,000 sf of one-story office and flex space in the center, which is off the Route 202 corridor.
