CBRE Lands Leasing Assignment at Marcus Ave. Complex

WOODBURY, NY-CB Richard Ellis has been named the exclusive corporate leasing agent for the 300,000-sf Granite Building.

WOODBURY, NY-CB Richard Ellis has been named the exclusive corporate leasing agent for the second phase the Granite Buildings, a 300,000-sf office development on Marcus Avenue in Lake Success.

The second phase of the project, which was topped off this month, is slated for delivery by early 2007. Phase I was completed in 2005 and currently fully leased. The Granite Buildings represent the only new class A office properties in Western Nassau County.

The CBRE team of Larry Weiss, Marty Lomazow, Roy Chipkin, Richard Karson and David Shaoulpour will oversee the leasing of the second property within the complex on behalf of the owner Lalezarian Properties.
