The 120-room Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, 11800 108th St., is located near area corporate offices and directly across the street from Prime Outlets at Pleasant Prairie. "We look forward to the opportunity to help shape the future of this property," Habeeb says.

In March, First Hospitality and Northern Realty Group, Ltd. and announced the opening of the Hampton Majestic-Chicago Theatre District Hotel. The hotel will open fall of 2006 in the historic Majestic Building, next door to the newly restored LaSalle Bank Theatre. The 135-room hotel is located within the top 17 floors of the Majestic Building that also houses the historic LaSalle Bank Theatre. Currently, the First Hospitality Group portfolio of 35 hotels consists primarily of Hilton and Marriott affiliated assets.
