DUBAI-Tameer Holding, a Sharjah-based property developer, has unveiled plans to invest Dh1 billion ($272 million) in developing the 91-story tower Elite Residence at Dubai Marina. Elite Residence will add to the skyline of Dubai's Marina alongside the Palm Jumeirah and the Princess Tower, which is currently one of Tameer's tallest residential projects.

The new Dubai Marina will have 75 floors of residential apartments, as well as four parking floors, four basements, two health clubs and a business center. The living area has a mixture of one- and two-bedroom apartments, three- and four-bedroom penthouses and a villa with a total of 695 units that are all smart-home enabled as per the individual's request.

Tameer, developer of the Dh30 billion ($8.2 billion) Al Salam City, has more than Dh40 billion ($10.89 billion) worth of projects under various stages of development and planning.
