The class A retail asset is 100% leased and is anchored by BJ's Wholesale Club, Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy. It is at the southeast corner of State Road 7 and Fairgrounds Road.

Blackrock Retail Property Advisors completed the sale on behalf of seller, which was unnamed. The deal was brokered by Casey Rosen and Dennis Carson, Blackrock Retail Property Advisors' co-founders and co-managing principals. Rosen could not disclose the cap rate associated with the sale or the rental rates at property; however, he did tell GlobeSt.com Coral Sky Plaza is "a very stable property" and the next lease set to expire is not for another 10 years.

This is the third retail acquisition Blackrock Retail Property Advisors has brokered in the in Florida this past month. At the end of June, the Miami-based company repped Tyrone Gardens, LLC in the sale of Tyrone Gardens Shopping Center in St. Petersburg. The center traded to a partnership formed by New Plan Realty Trust and the Sembler Co. for $19 million, as GlobeSt.com previously reported. In the beginning of June, Blackrock also repped Hunt Club Associates of Orlando in its sale of Hunt Club Corners in Altamonte Springs. Saul Centers, Inc. paid $11 million for the 101,453-sf retail asset.
