Among Husing's topics will be a forecast of local growth and development changes as they relate specifically to the Inland Empire and generally to the Western US.
Some of the Inland Empire's most recent changes have to do with its amenities and changing landscape. It has evolved from a big box Mecca to a region that touts its affordable housing, booming office and retail markets and vast industrial supply, which will all be discussed at the conference's Town Hall Meeting.
