After a thorough capabilities analysis of New York-based firms, Oncor International selected PBS Realty based on its extensive network of industry relationships and ability to provide clients with customized real estate strategies that best support their corporate objectives.
Laura Pomerantz, principal of PBS Realty, tells GlobeSt.com that the PBS Realty combination of a strong local presence as well as international knowledge that made for the attractive partnership. "We have an international focus as well as national focus," says Pomerantz. "But we also know the tri-state area very well. This gives us strength, particularly with our ability to outsource overseas."
Since 2001, PBS Realty has worked closely with a number of Oncor partners in the US and London, completing well over 100,000 sf of office and retail transactions.
