John Meeks, president of Vedior Professional Services, tells GlobeSt.com that the firm, which will relocate from similar sized space at 4 Mount Royal Ave. in Marlborough, selected the 50,000-sf, three-story, class A office building because it offered a prime location for the company to expand its business in Boston's western suburbs.

"It was a great opportunity to put us right in the heart of the Metrowest business community and a great entrée into expanding into central Massachusetts," says Meeks. "This is more of an A building to support the image we want to present and a better location for both clients and candidates."Terms of the lease were not disclosed but office space in the Westborough area generally leases in the high teens to mid-$20-per-sf range. The transaction was handled for the tenant by Ronald K. Perry, Francis X. Durand and Roger W. Breslin, all with Meredith & Grew. The building is owned by Lyman St. LP, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
