Westchester Event On Tap Tuesday

WHITE PLAINS–Some of the key factors driving the local commercial real estate industry will be on the agenda tomorrow at the Second Annual RealShare Westchester County event.

WHITE PLAINS-The Second Annual RealShare Westchester County, a half-day program that will cover the major trends and issues affecting the real estate industry in Westchester County, is just one day away.

The program, a presentation of Real Estate Media, the parent company of Real Estate Forum GlobeSt.com, will be held at the Crowne Plaza White Plains Hotel Aug. 15. The event, which drew hundreds of attendees last year, will get under way with opening remarks by Westchester County Executive Andrew Spano.

Michael Desiato, group publisher and editorial director of Real Estate Media, will preside over a Town Hall Meeting that will discuss the state of the Westchester County real estate market. Joining Desiato will be Michael Siegel of CB Richard Ellis, Bruce Berg of Cappelli Enterprises, Inc., David Cohen of GE Real Estate, Craig King, commissioner of development for the City of New Rochelle and Andy Merin of Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets.
