MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-Savi Technology has leased 91,000 sf at Mountain View Corporate Center, a 266,000-sf, five building development is managed by Rreef and leased by Cornish & Carey Commercial. On the heels of a 36,255-sf lease in June, the mid-term lease to Savi takes the development to full occupancy.

Savi, which makes radio frequency identification (RFID) hardware and software, signed a six-year lease in late July. Savi’s leasehold is in two buildings, 351 and 381 East Evelyn Ave. The lease commences in January 2007. The negotiated lease rate was not released by the parties involved; the triple-net asking lease rate was $1.25 per sf per month.
