Bowditch & Dewey, LLP, which currently has offices in Boston, Worcester and Framingham, gains a location that will put the firm at the junction of Route 9 and the Massachusetts Turnpike.
Sue Donovan, with the Trammell Crow Co.'s Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the legal firm's lease puts the five-story, 125,000-sf first class office building, owned by National Development, at 95% occupancy. Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Donovan says office space in the area generally leases in the mid-$20s per sf, net of electricity.
Donovan and Joe Fallon, also with Trammell Crow, handled the transaction for the landlord. The tenant was represented by Rob Walles with CB Richard Ellis/New England.
