The company, billed as a one-stop shop for employees' benefits administration, has had its headquarters in the entire single-story building at 5050 Spring Valley Rd. for seven years, Russell Cosby, senior vice president of Magellan Commercial Realty Inc. in nearby Irving, tells GlobeSt.com. "We looked around at other options," he says, "but we were able to make a good competitive deal to stay where they area." The corporate execs inked the deal with couple months left to go on the previous pact, he says.

The class B office building abuts Providence Tower. The striking point for comparable space in North Dallas is $16 per sf to $17 per sf. Scott Porter of Regis Realty in Dallas represented the building owner, NLP Cooley Associates of Dallas.
