Winchester Property Sells for More Than $3M

WINCHESTER, VA-Extreme Steel buys the property for its highly specialized infrastructure.

WINCHESTER, VA-Manassas-based Extreme Steel Inc. has purchased an industrial flex property here for $3.55 million from Valley Industrial Plastics, which was also the tenant. The 32,000-sf property is located near Interstate 81 and Route 37 bypass at 380 Shady Elm Dr.

Conrad E. Koneczny and Betty L. Friant of Sperry Van Ness in Winchester represented the seller. Extreme Steel Inc., which represented itself, will do a sale-leaseback to allow Valley Industrial time to move out.
