DETROIT-Bio-Medical Applications of Michigan renews a lease for its 9,600-sf dialysis center at Livernois Square. The 37,400-sf strip center at 18430 Livernois is now 93% leased.
Myrna Burroughs of CB Richard Ellis Detroit, which is based in Southfield, represented the owner, Livernois Associates. She tells GlobeSt.com the asking rental rate is $20 per sf. Among the other tenants are CVS Pharmacy, Pizza Hut, National City Bank and Allstate Insurance.
In an unrelated transaction, Burroughs represented the tenant, Lee Beauty Supply, in negotiating a 3,222-sf lease at County Village Plaza, a 16,273-sf center at 28907-28915 Evergreen in Southfield. The value of the lease is undisclosed.
Meanwhile, Michele Quinn in the same CBRE office, represented Gotta Have It! Jewelry & Accessories in a 3,080-sf lease at 30911 Orchard Lake Road in Farmington Hills, and Fresh Thinking of Michigan LLC in a 1,200-sf lease in Canton Village Plaza in Canton. Fresh Thinking will open a Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids in the Canton location.
