CHICAGO-Younan Properties Inc., based in Los Angeles, has selected the local office of Grubb & Ellis to market and lease its 18-story office tower at 211 E. Ontario in the Streeterville neighborhood.
Zaya S. Younan, chairman and founder of Younan Properties, says the company has worked with Grubb on a national level for the past five years.
Senior vice president Mark Parrish and vice president Ted Prillaman will handle the assignment on behalf of Grubb & Ellis. The 172,466-sf tower was designed by Barancik Conte & Associates and built in 1984.
