Accounting firm J.H. Cohn expanded into 32,166 sf at 4 Becker Farm Rd., located in 280 Corporate Center. Gale's Tim Greiner represented Gale, and American Properties Realty represented J.H. Cohn.
Other large deals during the quarter included:
* Cendant Corp. signing a 17,894-sf lease expansion at 10 Sylvan Way in Parsippany. Justin Gingeleskie represented Gale; Coldwell Banker represented Cendant.
* Marketing firm Princeton Partners signed a 17,832-sf lease at Rickingham Row North in Princeton. Gingeleskie stood for Gale; Equis Corp. represented Princeton Partners.
* Bright Horizons Children's Center Inc. signed for 14,178 sf at 3 Becker Farm Rd. in Roseland.
* Right Management Consultants Inc. took a 8,834-sf lease extension at 35 Waterview Blvd. in Parsippany.
