Gale Signs 171,000 SF in Leases

ROSELAND, NJ-The biggest lease in the stack for the new Mack-Cali subsidiary was a 32,166-sf expansion for accounting firm J.H.Cohn.

ROSELAND, NJ-The biggest lease of the second quarter for Gale Real Estate Services Co., the new subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty, is a 32,166-sf renewal of an accounting firm here. Overall, 171,106 sf of leases closed during the second quarter. Terms of the leases and owner of the individual properties were not disclosed.

“We are very confident that the quality of the Gale portfolio as well as our expanded platform of services under the Mack-Cali umbrella will continue to result in the flight to quality we are experiencing throughout all of our properties. Our second quarter activity is a testament to the hard work of our in-house leasing team,” says Mark Yeager, president of the Florham-Park-based Gale.

Accounting firm J.H. Cohn expanded into 32,166 sf at 4 Becker Farm Rd., located in 280 Corporate Center. Gale’s Tim Greiner represented Gale, and American Properties Realty represented J.H. Cohn.
