Medenbach is named senior vice president of the corporate services division. Medenbach has been vice president since 2000. McSHANE CONSTRUCTION (ROSEMONT, IL) Michael Winger, William C. Thomas, and Mark A. Osman ascend from senior project managers to project executives. Winger is a registered professional engineer in the state of Iowa and has been with the company since 1998. Thomas managed construction for the Lakeshore Medical Center in Chicago and received “Outstanding Project Manager of 2005-06.” Before his promotion, Osman worked as manager for key projects such as the 1.2 million sf John B.
