WILSONVILLE, OR-Precision Countertops recently took down 75,000 sf at Wilsonville Corporate Center, keeping the 379,000-sf ProLogis industrial park about 94% leased. The building will serve as Precision Countertops' new corporate headquarters, as well as its primary manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facility. The company plans to occupy the space later this year.

Precision Countertops is relocating and expanding from several buildings in Tualatin. The space the company will occupy at Wilsonville Corporate Center--in the 135,000-sf Building 1C--was occupied by Accurate Installation and Logic General. Accurate vacated 35,000 sf in June and Logic General recently gave back 40,000 sf of its heretofore 104,000-sf leasehold in the building.

ProLogis declined to reveal the length of Precision's lease or its asking lease rates. Other sources tell GlobeSt.com the lease term is upward of five years. The asking lease rate for space at the park is $0.38 per sf per month for warehouse space, according to officespace.com. The surcharge for office space is $0.70 per sf. About 20% of Precision's leasehold will be built out as office.

ProLogis was represented in-house by Alex Vulic, its vice president and market officer for Portland. Peter Stalick and Steven Klein of GVA Kidder Mathews' Portland Office represented the tenant. Stalick tells GlobeSt.com that Precision Counterparts occupies five buildings in Tualatin and will continue to occupy two of those buildings after it occupies its new space. The company is now in the process of building out its new space and will occupy the building in October.
