Joining that firm will be Covalent, a financial services company which took 3,749 sf, and EBS Capstone, a full-service insurance brokerage firm which took 3,340 sf. Nelson says all three tenants selected the property because of its Newton Corner location just off the Massachusetts Turnpike with easy access to both Boston and the suburbs.

"The signing of these three companies reaffirms that Two Newton Place continues to be a great location for a variety of business types," says Nelson, adding that besides its location, the property also offers a three-story atrium and upgraded interior finishes.

Terms of all three leases were not disclosed. Nelson and Brad Bevis, also with the Codman Co., handled all three transactions on behalf of landlord, CrossHarbor Capital.
