Terms of the long-term lease were not disclosed but Hughes says similar office and warehouse space in the Holliston area leases in the $5.50-to-$6 per sf range, triple net.
The property's owner, Laurel Branch Realty Trust, was represented by Hughes along with Matthew S. Marino and Jacob R. Thibeault, also with New Dover Associates. Nana Lo, Principal of SYK Corp. of Holliston handled the transaction for the tenant.
