The $185-million Sloan School of Management will be constructed on Memorial Drive, next to Sloan's current headquarters. The school's new $120-million, 163,000-sf Media Lab will expand the current facilities in Kendall Square while the $104-million, 265,000-sf apartment complex will house graduate students on Albany Street.
