Harbor Confirms Asset's $91M Price Tag

CHICAGO-An affiliate of Harbor Group International LLC of Norfolk, VA has completed its acquisition the 35-story, 512,354-sf 300 S. Wacker Dr.

CHICAGO-An affiliate of Harbor Group International LLC of Norfolk, VA has completed its acquisition the 35-story, 512,354-sf 300 S. Wacker Dr. building from an affiliate of New York City-based Broadway Real Estate Partners LLC. Although published reports speculated about the sale price, a spokesperson with Harbor confirms the actual price of $91.2 million.

Built in 1971, the building was completely renovated in the early 1990s, and is currently 92% occupied. The tenant roster includes several regional law firms and national financial firms, including Pacific Life, Mass Mutual and Merrill Lynch.
