Existing tenants who have renewed or expanded their presence at the complex include Willis Group, which expanded by 22,220 sf; Bostonian Group, which took 19,300 sf under a relocation and expansion deal; Compete Inc., which added 5,000 sf of space to its existing 14,700 sf of offices; Boston Medical Center, which expanded by 8,250 sf; and Investors Bank & Trust.
New tenants include EDS, which has leased 15,500 sf; Fulgent Media, which took 8,750 sf; Ascendant Systems, which will occupy 3,800 sf; and Anton Lucas, which moves into 900 sf.
The Back Bay property is owned by Simon Property Group Inc., the nation's largest shopping mall owner headquartered in Indianapolis. All of the leases were negotiated for the landlord by Ogden White and William J. Crean Jr. with CB Richard Ellis/New England.
