Avalere, Inc., an existing tenant in the one-story 20,220-sf light manufacturing building, previously occupied about 5,226 sf but the explosive growth of its business prompted an expansion that will add nearly 6,000 sf to its corporate offices, Eric Foster, with Trammell Crow Co.'s Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com. "They are an early stage high growth company and they have some good things in front of them," Foster says.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Foster says similar office space in the Framingham market generally rents in the high teens per sf.

The building, located near Routes 9, 30 and the Massachusetts Turnpike, is presently about 75% occupied by Avalere and Freedom Digital Printing.

Foster, along with Joe Fallon, also with Trammell Crow, handled the transaction for the tenant. Jim O'Neill, with the Nordblom Co., of Burlington, represented the building's owner, N&D Associates.
