ATLANTA-Jones Lang LaSalle's locally based retail group recently secured the leasing assignments of two malls, one outside of St. Louis, the other in Sacramento. The deals bring JLL's total number of regional malls under third-party management to 58 totaling 33 million sf.

Private owner Carlyle Jamestown Partners LLC retained JLL to manage Jamestown Mall, a one-million-sf center in the suburb of Florissant, MO. Macy's, Sears and a J.C. Penney outlet store anchor the mall, which was built in 1973 and expanded in 1995.

JLL was hired by LaeRoc Partners, a Hermosa Beach, CA-based real estate investment company, to lease and manage the 640,000-sf Country Club Plaza in Sacramento. Macy's; Gottschalks; Ross; Bed, Bath and Beyond; Off Broadway Shoes; and Sport Chalet are the primary tenants at that center, which was built in the 1960s and renovated in 2004. LaeRoc acquired the mall in August from Camwatt LLC for $57.8 million.
